As I toured the software world, I noticed that I have high ATTENTION to DETAIL. I am happier and have a natural affinity for doing (1) business analysis (2) product ownership, and (3) knowledge management or documentation. These areas are what I considered my specialties.

My creative output reflects my clients' objectives. It is my responsibility to listen and trust, research and explore, map out and prioritize, present and deliver. My passion extends beyond requirements management and knowledge management. It plays a significant role in my life.

Current Work

Full-time: Systems Delivery Manager @InsightSCS (Industry: logistics)

- I am handling BA / PM roles

Seasonal: Co-Founder @AmihanEnglishCenter (Industry: education)

- I am handling Operations / Technological roles

As you can see above, I already have full-time work and am not planning to leave soon.

But, I am open to WFH part-time work provided the client's deliverables are clear. I am interested in doing Business Analysis or Process Improvement work (requirements elicitation, process mapping, flowcharting, user stories, wireframing, documentation). I prefer project-based agreements and milestone-based payments. But if you have straightforward tasks, I can be flexible in doing hourly-based work and my rate for that is 20$ USD / hr.

Open to Project-Based work

I currently accept any consulting (remote) work involving the following:
1. project scoping
2. requirements elicitation
3. flowcharting
4. wireframing
5. documentation
6. creating user stories + acceptance criteria
Make sure the work doesn't relate to logistics or supply-chain

Before I may join your team/company, responsibilities, expectations, and KPIs must be pre-agreed upon.

Also, if part of your application process is for me to take any personality test, I have already done it (INTJ from 16personalities) and I am sorry I won't take it again. The same goes for aptitude and technical exams that go beyond 45 minutes. Hope you understand since my extra time is precious to me.
