I embrace and value my generalist abilities since I want to create something significant on my own in the future. Furthermore, some people find my keen attention to detail annoying and judge me as being overly obsessive.

Vision
A community in which every individual has access to guidelines, resources, or platforms for creating their own distinctive knowledge management systems, enabling them to contribute their organized knowledge to society.
Mission
To support leaders/owners of digital/software agencies in strengthening their systemization (process improvement), requirements management, and knowledge management activities in their web/digital/software projects.
Disorganization in the workplace is one of the "norms" for most people or businesses. It is not disputed. You're the terrible guy if you challenge it. Getting acquainted with Deming's 14 points, learning a little technical writing, and decency in project planning is enough for someone to craft a process improvement proposal for any waste. I am perplexed as to why it is not prioritized by most companies.
Turning inefficiency to efficiency automatically reduces cost, improves quality, enhances insights, boosts retention, increases customer satisfaction, and others alike.
CURIOSITY is one of my fundamental principles. If something piques my interest, I try to learn more about it (first principles thinking). Then, either delve further or continue. Learning never ends. It never changes. One must be time-efficient for it to be ongoing. Because of this, I always consider efficiency to be a crucial component of my work style. I've noticed during my career that I'm naturally organized, have a methodical approach to problem-solving, and can spot waste. The first two are gifts, whereas the third felt curse-like.
One of my many recommendations for process improvement was approved (when I was still a developer). By streamlining the development process between our offshore partners and the local team, the business was able to (1) save 50% of all overtime pay and (2) deliver 33% more features (no impact on quality). Because of my readiness to switch roles for a brief period of time (testing, technical writer), the business was able to save more than half a MILLION pesos in salary to recruit for those roles.
Curiosity is an impetus towards generalization or multi-passion.
Some people have the misconception that generalists are frequently distracted or easily bored. Ask yourself. Do you prefer someone who can easily synthesize ideas and evoke a powerful INTERSECTION or someone who is limited to doing just one thing?
